1. Measures to improve drying efficiency:

• Cut potato slices: Cut the potatoes into slices of uniform thickness (3-5 mm is recommended) to increase the surface area and reduce the time for water evaporation.
• Uniform distribution: Spread the potato slices evenly on the drying rack, avoiding stacking, to ensure that each potato slice can be fully exposed to air and sunlight.
• It is recommended to use multi-layer drying racks to make full use of the internal space of the greenhouse.
